Combine the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, minced garlic, salt, and avocado oil.
Slowly add 1 cup of hot water (if necessary, add more hot water).
Knead with your hands until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
Pull apart the dough into equally sized portions (you can make these as big or small as you like).
Place each ball in between two pieces of parchment paper, and roll out into a circle about ⅓-inch thick. Sprinkle with minced garlic, and press lightly into the dough.
Heat a lightly greased skillet to medium heat. Add a naan to the heated skillet, flipping after a couple minutes. Cook until browned on both sides, and the naan begins to puff up.
Repeat this process until all naans are cooked
