Keto Garlic Naan
Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1½ tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cups hot water
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, minced garlic, salt, and avocado oil.
- Slowly add 1 cup of hot water (if necessary, add more hot water).
- Knead with your hands until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
- Pull apart the dough into equally sized portions (you can make these as big or small as you like).
- Place each ball in between two pieces of parchment paper, and roll out into a circle about ⅓-inch thick. Sprinkle with minced garlic, and press lightly into the dough.
- Heat a lightly greased skillet to medium heat. Add a naan to the heated skillet, flipping after a couple minutes. Cook until browned on both sides, and the naan begins to puff up.
- Repeat this process until all naans are cooked
