  • ½ cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp raw almonds peeled
  • 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp stevia sweetener granulated
  • ½ banana - fresh or frozen (optional)
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp finely minced ginger
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients from the list above in your fastspeed blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth well.
