Ingredients
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 16 small mozzarella balls bocconcini, drained
- 16 fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Toothpicks or small skewers for serving
Instructions
- If using toothpicks or skewers, prepare them by laying them out on your work surface.
- Assemble the caprese bites by skewering a cherry tomato, a basil leaf (fold it if large), and a mozzarella ball onto each toothpick or skewer. Arrange the assembled caprese bites on a serving platter. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the bites. The balsamic glaze adds a sweet and tangy flavor that complements the freshness of the tomato, basil, and mozzarella.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. The seasoning will enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients. Serve immediately, offering a burst of classicItalian flavors in every bite.
