Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ounces Cannellini Beans
  • 3 Ounces Butter Beans or Navy Beans
  • ½ Cup Arugula shredded
  • 1 Small Radish sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (chopped

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and drain beans adding them into an appropriate sized bowl. Shred arugula and add in sliced radishes and loosely chopped herbs.
