Ingredients
- 3 Ounces Cannellini Beans
- 3 Ounces Butter Beans or Navy Beans
- ½ Cup Arugula shredded
- 1 Small Radish sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (chopped
Instructions
- Rinse and drain beans adding them into an appropriate sized bowl. Shred arugula and add in sliced radishes and loosely chopped herbs.
