- 4 salmon fi llets about 6 oz. each
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp fresh dill chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place them skin-side down in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and dill to create the sauce.

Tip:
- If you prefer a thinner sauce, add a little water or extra lemon juice to adjust the consistency before brushing it onto the salmon.
