Preheat your oven to 400°F. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place them skin-side down in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and dill to create the sauce.
Generously brush the honey mustard sauce over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Tip:
If you prefer a thinner sauce, add a little water or extra lemon juice to adjust the consistency before brushing it onto the salmon.
