Keto Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- ½ pound Brussels sprouts
- ¾ tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut Brussels sprouts in half from top to stem.
- Place cut Brussels sprouts in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place Brussels sprouts cut side down on prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes.
