  • ½ pound Brussels sprouts
  • ¾ tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut Brussels sprouts in half from top to stem.
  • Place cut Brussels sprouts in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Place Brussels sprouts cut side down on prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes.
