Fall Turkey Salad
Ingredients
- 1/3 Pound Turkey Breast baked/roasted + shred
- 1 Cup Greens lettuce/butter lettuce/romaine
- 2 Tablespoons Avocado Mayonnaise
- ½ Stalk Celery diced
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Cranberries
- 2 Tablespoons Walnuts chopped
- ¼ Green Onion diced
- ½ Tablespoon Goat Cheese crumbled
- ½ Tablespoon Sour Cream
- 2 Dashes Thyme fresh + minced
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon juiced
- 2 Dashes Black Pepper
- 2 Dashes White Pepper
- Sea Salt (to taste
Instructions
PREPARATION + COOK
- Bake/roast turkey breast until no longer pink in the center. Set aside. In another bowl, whisk together avocado mayonnaise, sour cream, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and peppers. Shred turkey, adding in celery, and green onion. Combine all ingredients adding in cranberries, walnuts. Serve atop a bed of lettuce or alone.
