Beef Taco Salad

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ Pound Beef ground + browned
  • 1 Cup Lettuce
  • 2 Ounces Black Beans drained + rinsed
  • ½ Small Tomatoes diced
  • ½ Cup Corn
  • ½ Medium Avocados
  • 2 Tablespoons Tortilla Chips crushed, we recommend Siete
  • ¼ Tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • ¼ Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • ¼ Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Mild Cheddar Cheese raw + shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat sauté pan on medium and add butter. Place ground beef and cook for 5 minutes, breaking into smaller pieces. Add in taco seasoning and onion powder to create even distribution. Cook until close to browned, remove from heat and add in corn. In an appropriately sized bowl, add lettuce, black beans, diced tomatoes, avocado, and meat/corn combination. Sprinkle cheese atop and enjoy or add on one of the recommended salad dressings.
