The Fat-Burning Diet Halle Berry Uses To Stay Thin, Defy Age, and Remain Healthy
The Halle Berry Diet isn’t really a “thing.” Which is great news, because I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to start seeing a trend of celebrities naming diets after themselves.
The “Halle Berry Diet” is commonly known as the “Ketogenic Diet.”
Halle Berry who is 50 years old has one amazing body and is incredibly healthy. She recently shared that she has the ketogentic diet to thank for helping her maintain her fit figure.
She also appeared on Live! with Kelly and Ryan raving about her food choices. “The idea of it is you train your body to burn healthy fats and so I eat healthy fats all day long.”
“Avocado, oil, coconut oil, butter, but don’t have sugar. So when your body gets trained to burn fats and you’re constantly on fat-burning mode, that’s the secret.”
She also insisted love and happiness plays a part in leading a successful fit and healthy lifestyle.
“It’s all of that (too),” the mother-of-two shared.
Halle Berry is not the only celeb crediting Keto for their toned bodies. Kourtney Kardashian also spilled her secret to a low carb and fasting diet keeps her healthy.
For breakfast, Kardashian says she is allowed to eat “minimal amounts of fruit,” so she usually opts for her go-to avocado smoothie. For lunch and dinner, she eats proteins like fish and chicken. Keeping it low carb sometimes she’ll add some cauliflower rice or broccoli. Following dinner, she does intermittent fasting, which basically means she is not allowed to eat breakfast for 14 to 16 hours.
“I swear by the ketogenic diet,” Berry said during a chat with Mamarazzi.
“It’s simple. It’s no sugar, no carbs. And what you force your body to do is instead of burning sugar for fuel, you start burning healthy fats like avocado, coconut oil, eggs. You start eating healthy fats. Butter can be a part of your diet. You just eat protein, nuts, legumes. You start teaching your body. Your body begins to burn fat instead of sugar and when you start burning fat, all the fat starts to melt away.”
The best part about reading Halle Berry’s comments is the simplicity of the way she eats.

A Ketogenic Diet is Great, But Not For Everyone
A ketogenic diet can be great for people who are overweight, diabetic or looking to improve their metabolic health.
It may be less suitable for elite athletes or those wishing to add large amounts of muscle or weight.
And, as with any diet, it will only work if you are consistent and stick with it in the long-term.
That being said, few things are as well proven in nutrition as the powerful health and weight loss benefits of a ketogenic diet.
What To People Who Lose Weight Know That You Don’t?
If you’ve tried to lose weight in the past and seen little to no results you know how frustrating it can be.

The thing these other people have that you don’t is a FAT-BURNING BODY!
