It can be tricky to come up with quick and easy lunch ideas other than a salad (although I do love a good salad). This Keto Turkey BLT is a hero when you really just miss certain parts about the way you used to eat.
In order to make this recipe, you will need to first head on over to my keto bread recipe. Keto bread may sound intimidating, but it’s easy as pie to make. Promise. You’ll have a loaf ready in less than 30 minutes to have around for more sandwich cravings.
Keto Turkey BLT Sandwich
- 2 slices Keto Bread
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- 2 slices Deli Turkey
- 2 slices Tomato, slices
- 2 leaves Romaine Lettuce
- 2 slices bacon, cooked
- 2 slices avocado (optional)
- Spread mayonnaise on both pieces of Keto Bread.
- Layer on your tomato, lettuce, bacon turkey, and avocado. Enjoy!
My Keto Bread loaf was very small so I opted to use 4 slices of Keto bread. Adjust accordingly.
