Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional for heat
  • Additional lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and slightly charred.
  • While the shrimp are grilling, prepare the garlic sauce. In a small skillet over medium heat, add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant but not browned, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes if using. Once the shrimp are done, toss them in the garlic sauce until well coated. Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges on the side.

Tip:

  • To ensure even cooking, avoid overcrowding the shrimp on the grill. Cook in batches if necessary. For an extra flavor boost, marinate the shrimp in the garlic sauce for 30 minutes to an hour before grilling
