Baked Salmon with Garlic and Dill
Ingredients
- 4 6 oz salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 lemon sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, and dill. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Season with salt and pepper and top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
