Baked Salmon with Garlic and Dill

Ingredients
  

  • 4 6 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 lemon sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, and dill. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  • Season with salt and pepper and top with lemon slices.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
