Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana sliced and frozen
  • Β½ cup coconut milk or any plant-based milk
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste

  • sliced almonds, fresh berries, coconut flakes, chia seeds

  • In a blender, combine the mango cubes, frozen banana slices, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, and honey or maple syrup if using. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to achieve your desired consistency.
