Grilled Peach & Blue Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium Peach halved
  • 2 Tablespoons Blue Cheese or Goat Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ Teaspoon Saigon Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Remove pits from peaches and brush each cut with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon. Grill cut side down or over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and basil.
