Grilled Peach & Blue Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 Medium Peach halved
- 2 Tablespoons Blue Cheese or Goat Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Teaspoon Saigon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Remove pits from peaches and brush each cut with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon. Grill cut side down or over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and basil.
