Blue Cheese or Goat Cheese

Fresh Basil

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Saigon Cinnamon
Instructions
Remove pits from peaches and brush each cut with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon. Grill cut side down or over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and basil.
