3-oz links sweet pork sausage, cooked and crumbled

plus additional for garnish

Instructions
In a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker, add the tomatoes, zucchini, and onion. Add the sausage, garlic, thyme, and oregano.
Add the olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper and mix well until combined. Add the vegetable broth.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Serve hot and garnish with thyme and reserved zucchini slices.
