In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cooked quinoa, beaten egg, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil, then bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden on the outside.
While the meatballs are baking, warm the tomato sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Serve the meatballs hot with the tomato sauce spooned over the top.
