Using a stainless steel pan and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil cook up meat and pack into burgers. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon pepper.
Then put them into oven at low temperature on a plate to keep warm.
Saute the garlic cloves, asparagus, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions in the same pan with the juices of the meat.
Place lettuce wraps on a plate and add cooked patties. Add your sauteed veggies on top or on the side. Garnish with guacamole or avocado.
