In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Stir in the cumin seeds, turmeric, and curry powder. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the steak and cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally to cook the steak on all sides. Add the bell pepper and zucchini. Cook for 3 minutes, or until nearly tender. Add the cauliflower rice, season with sea salt and black pepper to taste, and cook for 5 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender. Top with the parsley and serve.
