Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 4 medium green onions chopped
  • 1 medium lemon juiced
  • 2 T olive oil
  • ¼ t black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the spinach well, drain, and chop.
  • Let the leaves sit for a few minutes, and then squeeze out excess water.
  • Put the spinach in a medium bowl. Add the green onions, lemon juice, oil, and pepper.
  • Toss, and serve.
