  • 2 lb spaghetti squash

Instructions
 

  • Place 1½ cups water and a steamer rack or trivet with handles in the inner bowl of the Instant Pot.
  • Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot. Place a trivet in the pot. Place the squash on top of the trivet and secure the lid.
  • Move the vent knob to the sealed position and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Carefully open the vent to quickly release the pressure.
  • Remove the squash from the pot and when cool enough to handle, slice the squash in half and remove the seeds.
  • Shred the squash flesh with a fork.
