smoked salmon
sliced or broken into small pieces

minced or green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add the coconut oil to the pan when hot.
Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a small bowl. Add the water, and scramble with a fork.
Add the eggs to the hot skillet, along with the smoked salmon. Stirring continuously, cook the eggs until soft and fluffy.
Remove from the heat. Top with black pepper, avocado, and chives to serve.
