large uncooked chicken breasts,diced into one-inch pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce:

arrowroot powder

T
coconut sugar
1
T
honey
2
T
water
3
T
white wine vinegar
¼
cup
coconut aminos
½

ground ginger
½
t
minced garlic
½
t
red pepper flakes

sesame seeds
Instructions
Chop chicken into 1-inch pieces, then salt and pepper each side. Set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together ingredients for the sauce. Be sure to break down any clumps.
Place chopped chicken in the bowl and coat with sauce.
Transfer sauce and chicken to the crockpot.
Set crockpot to low. Cook 3-4 hours until chicken is juicy and tender.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Pro Tip: If you have time, you can marinate the chicken overnight to really make the flavors pop!
