60 ml beef broth (for added moisture, optional)
Instructions
Place the thinly sliced ribeye steak in the slow cooker.
Season the steak with sea salt and optional black pepper.
Pour beef broth over the steak for added moisture (optional).
Cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the meat is tender.
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, lay slices of provolone cheese over the steak to melt.
Once cooked, stir gently to mix the melted cheese with the meat.
