Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 150°C (300°F). Season your beef stew meat with salt, pepper, and your preferred spices.
You can use any combination of spices that align with your dietary preferences.
Next, heat your chosen cooking fat over medium heat in a Dutch oven.
Once the fat is hot, add the beef stew meat and brown it on all sides. This will help to seal in the juices and create a delicious crust on the meat
Once you've browned the meat, pour enough beef broth into the Dutch oven to just cover the meat.
You can adjust the amount of broth based on how much sauce you prefer in your stew.
