lard
Salt to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Bacon:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 5-6 minutes until partially cooked but still pliable. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Wrap the Shrimp:
Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of the partially cooked bacon.
Thread three bacon-wrapped shrimp onto each skewer.
Grill the Skewers:
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Brush the skewers with lard and season with salt.
Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are opaque and the bacon is crispy.
Serve:
Transfer the skewers to a serving plate.
