Instructions
Preparing the Broth: In a large pot, bring the fish broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
Seasoning the Broth: Season the broth with salt, and if using, add black pepper. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences.
Adding the Seafood: Add the scallops and shrimp to the simmering broth. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the seafood is just cooked through and opaque. Be careful not to overcook the seafood to ensure it remains tender.
Serving: Once the seafood is cooked, carefully ladle the broth and seafood into bowls. Serve immediately while hot.
