medium white button or cremini mushrooms

medium garlic clove

medium red bell pepper
seeded and diced

medium zucchini
diced

medium lemon
juiced

Instructions
Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the oil when the pan is hot.
Add the mushrooms and garlic, and sauté, stirring frequently, until the mushrooms begin to soften (about 8 minutes).
Add the bell pepper and zucchini and continue to cook until the vegetables soften slightly.
Remove from the heat, add the lemon juice, basil, sea salt if desired, and black pepper. Toss the mixture and serve hot.
