Ingredients
  

  • 2 6 oz cans salmon
  • 3 T Paleo mayonnaise
  • 2 t Dijon mustard
  • t sea salt to taste
  • t black pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 medium avocado peeled and sliced
  • 2 medium green onions diced, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, mayo, mustard, and spices. Stir together until well mixed.
  • Divide the greens between 2 plates. Scoop the salmon salad onto the greens, and top with avocado slices and green onions if desired.
