Instructions
Rinse quinoa with warm water and drain to reduce the bitter taste.
Place rinsed quinoa, salt, and water in a pot.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to a low simmer for 15-20 minutes, until all water is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork before serving.
