In the bowl of a slow cooker, add the pork and avocado oil.
In a small bowl, combine the beef broth, tamari sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder. Pour the broth mixture into the pot and toss to coat the meat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours, or until the pork is extremely tender. Thirty minutes before it is done, add the broccoli to the pot, stir to coat, and continue cooking.
When the meat is very tender, transfer it to a cutting board. With 2 forks or a shredder, shred the meat.
Return the shredded meat to the slow cooker pot and mix it lightly with the sauce and broccoli. Add sea salt and black pepper, to taste.
Cook for 15 minutes on LOW to heat through. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to garnish and serve hot.
