Ingredients

  • 4 oz about 113g pork rinds
  • 1 cup about 112g shredded cheddar cheese (or any preferred hard cheese)
  • 1/2 lb about 225g cooked ground beef (seasoned with salt, if desired)
  • 2 oz about 56g cream cheese (for a creamy texture, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the pork rinds evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with a pinch of salt to taste. Optionally, mix the cooked beef with cream cheese for added creaminess.
  • Sprinkle the cooked ground beef evenly over the pork rinds.
  • Top with shredded cheese, ensuring an even distribution over the beef and pork rinds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  • Serve immediately, being mindful that traditional nacho sides like salsa or sour cream are not carnivore diet-compliant.
