such as tallow or duck fat
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Season the beef liver with salt, pepper, and any desired spices.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the liver. Sear for about 2 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
To make the sauce, melt the animal fat in a pan, add a squeeze of lemon juice, and whisk until combined. Serve the sauce on top of the cooked liver.
