In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the tomatoes, olives, and oregano. Stir to combine. Cook for 5 minutes.
Make 2 wells in the tomato mixture and break an egg into each well. Sprinkle the goat cheese over the tomato mixture. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through to desired doneness.
