Lemony Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • Green beans washed and trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in ΒΌ cup of cold water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pot.
  • Add green beans and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add cornstarch and water mixture, stirring to thicken.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover for 1-2 minutes to cook beans until fork tender.
