Lemony Green Beans

Ingredients
Green beans washed and trimmed

teaspoon
olive oil
1
lemon juiced
1
tablespoon
cornstarch dissolved in ΒΌ cup of cold water
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pot.
Add green beans and stir for 2 minutes.
Add cornstarch and water mixture, stirring to thicken.
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Cover for 1-2 minutes to cook beans until fork tender.
