red wine vinegar

Instructions
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, and honey.
Whisk together until well combined.
Season with salt to taste.
Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Season the Lamb Chops:
Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
Season both sides generously with salt.
Cook the Lamb Chops:
Heat the lard in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Rest and Serve:
Transfer the lamb chops to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Serve the lamb chops.
