Keto Zucchini Salmon Clear Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 cups water
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini

Instructions
 

  • Cut the salmon fillet into cubes then set aside.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat then pour extra virgin olive oil into it.
  • Once the oil is hot, put the salmon cubes into the skillet then fry for a few minutes or until the salmon is lightly golden brown.
  • Remove the salmon from the skillet then set aside.
  • Stir in minced garlic and sauté until aromatic.
  • Next, pour water into the skillet then season with pepper, basil, oregano, and ginger. Bring to boil.
  • Once it is boiled, add chopped zucchini and fried salmon to the gravy and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the soup to a serving bowl then serve warm.
  • Enjoy immediately.
