Instructions
Preheat oven to 425˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice zucchini into slices that are about ¼-inch thick.
Spread out the sliced zucchini rounds onto baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over each zucchini rounds, covering each one. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese turns a golden brown color.
Let cool and serve.
