Ingredients
  

  • 7 tablespoon of coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup of Erythritol
  • 2 teaspoon of glutenfree baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 cup of zucchini shredded
  • 1/3 cup of carrot grated
  • ¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • Prepare your muffin tin and keep it on the side
  • Whisk in eggs and add broccoli, coconut oil, keep the mix on the side
  • Take another bowl and add dry ingredients, mix well and add the egg mix
  • Gently mix until combined
  • Pour batter into muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
  • Remove and let them cool
  • Serve and enjoy!
