Instructions
Preheat your oven to 390 degrees F
Grease muffin tins and keep them on the side
Add vegetables to a bowl and season with salt, toss
Beat eggs and add to the veggies
Mix well Sprinkle curry powder
Pour batter into muffin tin
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Let it cool and serve
