Preheat oven to 350°Line the bottom of 9-inch round springform pan with parchment paper (or three of the same pans, if you have them).
Beat in the eggs with a hand mixer. Add coconut milk, Swerve, salt, and vanilla extract.
Slowly add in the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder and mix until well combined.
Pour of the cake batter into the pan and bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the top is slightly golden brown.
Repeat with remaining batter until you have 3 separate cake layers.
Frosting:
While the cake is baking, prepare your frosting.
Beat all frosting ingredients until smooth.
Assembly:
Allow cakes to cool completely before assembling. Once cooled, place one cake on a serving dish. Top with a layer of cream cheese frosting then stacks the next layer on top. Repeat. Use the remaining frosting to cover the top and sides of the cake.
