- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup blackberries
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp hydrolyzed gelatin (ex. Great Lakes)
In a blender, place 1⁄2 cup of ice. Add the almond milk and coconut oil. Blend to combine.
Add the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, vanilla, and remaining 1⁄2 cup of ice.
Blend for 1 minute, or until smooth, and serve.
