Preheat oven to 325F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer with paddle attachment, cream together SuperFat Macadamia Coconut and softened butter until pale and smooth.
Sift in almond flour, baking powder, and sweetener.
Roll dough into 8 balls. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Using the back of a fork, gently press the ball flat, creating a crosshatch pattern.
Transfer to oven and bake 12-15 min, until set.
Cool on pan 10 minutes. Carefully transfer to wire baking rack to cool completely.
