Keto Spicy Kale & Egg Salad

- 8 oz broccoli (chopped).
- 4 oz kale (chopped).
- 4 large eggs (hard boiled).
- 2 avocados (pitted and sliced).
- 2 garlic cloves (sliced).
- 1 red onion (chopped).
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp mustard.
- 1 tsp chilli flakes.
- ½ cup mayonnaise.
In a large frying pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic and remove from pan.
Fry broccoli and kale until slightly softened.
Mix mayonnaise with mustard.
Cut eggs into quarters.
Plate broccoli and kale, add avocados, chopped raw onion, chilli flakes and egg quarters.
Drizzle over mustard mayonnaise.
