Clean and wash the octopus and the squid. Cut into small pieces and place in a blender; blend until minced well.
Transfer the minced seafood to a shallow bowl.
Add ground almonds, parsley, salt, and pepper; knead the mixture until combined well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the seafood mixture from the fridge, and with your hands shape medium balls.
Heat the oil in a deep frying skillet.
Fry your seafood “meatballs” until golden from one side.
Flip and fry from the other side for 1 minutes.
Drain on a kitchen towel. Serve warm.
