Ingredients
  

  • 6 whole eggs
  • 2 cup of broccoli steamed and processed
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut oil soft
  • ½ cup of coconut flour
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • Take your muffin tin and line it with muffin liners
  • Take a bowl and mix in coconut flour, cinnamon, flax, Erythritol, baking soda and mix well
  • Take another bowl and whisk in eggs, zucchini, carrot, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil and mix well
  • Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture
  • Stir until you have a nice batter
  • Pour the batter into your prepared muffin tins
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Remove from oven and let them cool
  • Serve and enjoy!
