of broccoli steamed and processed

of coconut oil soft

of coconut flour

teaspoon
of salt
½
teaspoon
of baking soda
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Take your muffin tin and line it with muffin liners
Take a bowl and mix in coconut flour, cinnamon, flax, Erythritol, baking soda and mix well
Take another bowl and whisk in eggs, zucchini, carrot, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil and mix well
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture
Stir until you have a nice batter
Pour the batter into your prepared muffin tins
Bake for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and let them cool
Serve and enjoy!
