- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup goat cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced parsley
- ½ teaspoon grated garlic
- ½ teaspoon thyme
Cut the beef rib eye steak into thin slices then set aside.
