- 1/3 zucchini chopped into long strips
- 1/2 red bell pepper chopped into long strips
- 1 avocado sliced into strips
- Small bunch of parsley
- 1 baby romaine lettuce or 1 regular romaine lettuce leaf cut into strips
- 6 thick slices of deli ham
- 1 Tablespoon coconut mayo (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons mustard
Place the strips of zucchini, bell pepper, avocado, romaine lettuce, and parsley onto a plate.
Dab a bit of mayo and mustard on a slice of ham and then add in the raw veggies.
Roll to make a wrap and eat.
