- Preheat oven to 350˚Line a baking sheet with parchment. 
- In a small bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. 
- In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients, and whisk until well combined. 
- Incorporate the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, and mix until a thick batter forms. 
- Between two pieces of parchment, roll the dough into 8-inch balls, and place on a baking sheet. 
- Bake 17 to 19 minutes. 
- Remove from the oven, and allow to cool on a wire rack. 
- Cut each circle in half, and cut a slit to make a pocket. 
- Store cooled pitas in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
